Sonic Meditation 11/11 Armistice - Let the Inner War Fall Silent:
Wed, Nov 11
|136 State St suite 230
On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, the guns fell silent. This Veterans Day, we honor that moment of ceasefire by calling it inward. Many of us carry battles that outlasted their purpose: old arguments, vigilance we never set down, grief we've been standing guard over.

About the event
Eleven sounds guide us, one for each count of the number 11, the master number of thresholds and illumination. Crystal bowls, tuning forks, drum, voice, and more will move us from stirring through release to stillness. We'll close in a held silence, the quiet after the last sound fades, where peace has room to land.
No experience needed. Simply arrive, lie back, and let the sound do the carrying. Honoring all who have served, and all who are learning to rest.
Yoga mats, blankets, eye shades available. Zero Gravity chairs must be requested with your registration. Space is limited.
$35 per person, $60 for two. Veterans, Reservists and Active Military $20 each. Register here or contact Kat by text at 207-446-8099 or by email at katbeau50@gmail.com
