Spiritual Genealogy - Ancestral Healing

Service Description

This is a 7 session series offered on zoom; an 8th session is voluntary and is in person. All our ancestors lived and loved during their lifetimes; hardships they endured were most often not discussed or verbally passed on but the energy associated with those hardships lives on through belief, values and attitudes - as well as in our DNA. That energy lives on and affects our choices and the way we interact in the world. Becoming conscious of the myriad ways our ancestors still affect us is important to our well-being and our personal sovereignty. This course takes you deep into your own psyche and opens us to deeper relationships with the past as we come to understand the gifts we received as well as the patterns of belief and behavior that no longer serve.
